Ok, the rough draft is up. Start here.
I'm doing touch-up work, some expansion, and linking all the bits together. I'm also well into an application, so I'll post that soon.
Edit 1 (7/15/2011): Fixed a few errors and did some cleanup in the presentation. There's definitely more of this to come. I also linked this post in the sidebar to keep it available. Added an application.
